专利说明:

The invention relates to a multipurpose event system.
In the case of demonstrations or events, there is often the requirement to present actions, presentations and actions, in alternating sequence, to an attending auditorium. A problem results from the necessary change between different presentations or different forms of presentation, since such a change is always associated with a waiting time for the auditorium. In events with a large auditorium, this is achieved, for example, by arranging several stages around a spectator area. A disadvantage of such a variant is, in particular, that the visibility conditions can change drastically in the event of a change in the configuration, for the individual persons of the auditorium. For example, a good viewing position when playing a first stage, very easily to a poor viewing position when playing a second stage advised. Furthermore, such a configuration is usually only meaningful for large events with a large number of visitors. In the case of small-scale event systems, a change between different configurations is usually achieved with a considerable amount of personnel and / or logistical effort, for example if the new configuration is already prepared in a preparation area. The configuration change is then resolved with a large number of employees by attempting to replace the current configuration with the new configuration as quickly as possible. In any case, such a change inevitably leads to a hustle and bustle in the showroom area noticeable to the audience. In addition to the effect that such a hustle and bustle adversely affects the presenter experience, it can in particular lose the attention of the auditorium for presentation in the presentation area. In theater venues, such a configuration change is often performed by taking a break, which is disadvantageous for the reasons mentioned above.
Furthermore, performances are commonplace where a change between performance (language, music, dance, etc.) and a multimedia presentation takes place. For this purpose, for example, a presentation screen can be mounted in front of the presentation area, but in this case too the problem remains that one wishes to conceal or have to largely conceal a configuration change taking place behind this presentation screen in front of the auditorium.
The object of the invention, therefore, is to provide an event equipment which can be used in several different configurations in the presence of the auditorium, whereby a change between two configurations is quickly possible, so that the attention of the auditorium is not affected by the change of configuration.
The object of the invention is achieved by a multi-purpose event system, comprising a first and a separate second Vorführeinheit and an auditorium with a base, which Zu¬schauerraum the first and second demonstration unit is assigned. The auditorium furthermore has a spectator area provided in the area of the base area, which spectator area has a plurality of person reception areas, and wherein the arrangement of the person reception areas defines a main viewing direction. Furthermore, the auditorium has a storage device by means of which the audience area can be changed in its orientation with respect to the base area of the auditorium. In a first configuration, the main viewing direction is to the first display unit and in a second configuration the main viewing direction is aligned to the second display unit.
The advantage of this embodiment is that two independent demonstration units are provided, with the attention of the visitors of the subject
In particular, it is possible to change the assignment during the presence of the observers, preferably without the visitors being able to change their position or their place in the person's seat. Change or leave recording areas.
Thus preparatory work can take place in the feed unit, which is not currently oriented in the main viewing direction, without adversely affecting the actions in the aligned display unit. After that, the orientation is changed so that the visitor only has a very short interruption period.
According to a development, the first demonstration unit is formed by a stage arrangement. A stage arrangement may be understood to mean an embodiment, as is known, for example, by theaters, and where the visitors in the audience area follow the events on the stage. For example, a stage tower may be arranged above the stage space, with a preferably horizontally oriented playing surface, in which stage elevators and / or lighting devices are arranged. Furthermore, a presentation screen can be provided in the stage area in order to be able to display multimedia content.
A development also consists in that the second demonstration unit is formed by a curved projection surface, in particular by a substantially hemispherical projection surface. An arched projection surface has the advantage that a very large viewing area results for a visitor in the audience area. In particular, the image projected onto the projection surface will usually exceed the field of vision of a person that can be detected without moving the head, so that the impression of the projection space will disappear very quickly and a sense of reality will appear.
According to a development it is provided that the projection surface is arranged above the spectator room. The projection surface can, for example, be designed as a dome, which virtually covers the auditorium as a roof. However, it is also possible that the projection surface forms part of the roof structure or is arranged on the roof construction. This is also advantageous in that the design effort for forming an enclosure in relation to an outside space of the auditorium or of the multi-purpose event installation can thereby be reduced.
According to a development, it is further provided that the audience area has at least one access area and the auditorium is at least connected to an antechamber, wherein in the first and second configurations, the access area is assigned to the vestibule. In the present embodiment of a multi-purpose event system, there is a problem in the first and second configuration of bringing people from outside to the audience area or taking them away from there. Since the audience area is changeable in its orientation with respect to the auditorium, it is important to ensure a constant flow of a flow of people, even to ensure a sense of security for both visitors. In particular, in the case of a required rapid clearing of the audience area, it is important if a Be¬sucherstrom can be reliably routed to the outside. An anteroom has the further advantage that it can also create an acoustic barrier between the outside and the auditorium. Thus, without disturbing the Gesche¬hens in the auditorium, an entrance or exit of persons can be ensured.
According to a development, it is provided that the base of the auditorium is round.
A further development also consists in that an access path is arranged between an enclosure of the spectator room and the spectator area. This further education is in view of the accessibility of the subject multipurpose event equipment of advantage, since thus also in their Bewegungsmög¬lichkeit restricted people can reach the audience area. This further training is also advantageous with regard to emergency clearing of the audience area since there are thus several possibilities for leaving the audience area.
A further development, according to which the access path is arranged at least over half of the outside circumference of the audience area, has the advantage that targeted guidance of the flow of people becomes possible. For example, a guide wall can be arranged as a delimitation of the access path to the audience area, as a result of which incoming users can be led into a section of the viewer area which has a sufficient receiving capacity so that no congestion occurs due to the inflowing persons.
A further development consists in the fact that the audience area is formed by a turntable. A turntable allows a very simple and especially rapid change between the two configurations. Due to a selectable low rotation speed of the turntable, the action in the audience area remains unaffected, in particular may also change during the change of configuration, visitors between Zuschauschaubereich and auditorium. In view of the detrimentally known loss of attention of the auditorium in a configuration change, a turntable has the advantage that attaining attention can thereby be achieved. Due to the impression of the rotating spectator area on the visitors, the configuration change can be actively integrated into a demonstration in order not to lose the attention of the visitors.
According to a further development, provision may also be made for the audience area to have a base area which is inclined upward relative to the horizontal, in particular in the manner of a grandstand arrangement. Such inclined base surfaces have the advantage that the view of a visitor in a person receiving area is largely unaffected by the person receiving areas arranged in front of him. Preferably, the elevation of the single bleacher segments is in the range of the typical size of a person's head.
To this end, an embodiment is advantageous according to which the access area is arranged in sections below the base area of the audience area. Thus, on the one hand space is saved, on the other hand visitors can reach the Zu¬ schauerbereich without hindering persons, or be hampered by those who are already in the audience area.
According to a development, it is provided that the person receiving area is formed by a seat and / or a seating group. An individual seat can, for example, additionally be designed to be rotatable about its contact point, so that the user can pivot his gaze from the preferred main viewing direction without having to turn his head. Also, people can thus turn into a discussion group. A seating group can be formed, for example, by a juxtaposition of individual seats. For example, however, a design as a multi-seat in the manner of a sofa is conceivable.
A further development also consists in that the person receiving area is formed by a pedestal and / or a standing area. In the sense of a multi-purpose use, this development has the advantage that in addition to a sit¬zenden auditorium, a use with a standing auditorium is possible. Optionally, a holding or limiting device can be present on the pedestal or the standing surface in order to be able to segment persons in the viewing area or to give them a hold.
According to a development, it is provided that the persons receiving areas are arranged concentrically around the center of the base area of the viewer area, or partially concentrically around a virtual point of the base area of the spectator area. With this development, it is ensured that for each visitor to a person receiving area the best possible view of the first and second demonstration unit is given. The virtual point is thereby preferred to the real center of the audience area by an offset in the direction of the main viewing direction.
A development also consists in the fact that a spherical projector is arranged in the audience area, preferably at the center. Such a projector kannbspw. be formed by a star projector, which gives its image preferably on the second demonstration unit. Furthermore, it is possible for the projector to be stationary with respect to the viewer area, so that a change in the orientation of the viewer area does not affect the viewer. This has the particular advantage that there is no influence on the very complex adjustment and adjustment of such a projector due to vibrations due to the alignment change. Preferably, the projector will be arranged on a mounting platform, whereupon additional projectors or Lichtele¬mente can be arranged, which can be aligned both on the second, as well as on the first demonstration area.
According to a further development, it is further provided that a multimedia presentation system is arranged in an edge section of the spectacle area. In particular, for an event on the first demonstration unit, it is advantageous if multimedia content can also be displayed there. The edge section is preferably arranged in such a way that in the first configuration it lies opposite the first demonstration unit. With the further development according to the invention, it can be ensured that, without impairing the field of vision of the visitors in the spectator area, multimedia content can be transmitted in the direction of the first presentation unit.
Another advantage is a further development, according to which the audience area has a horizontally oriented presentation section. Preferably, this presentation section will be arranged on the same level of the playing surface of the first presentation unit. Thus, in the first configuration, the space of the first demonstration unit can be extended to the audience area.
For a better understanding of the invention, this will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures.
In each case, in a highly simplified, schematic representation:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the subject multipurpose event system;
Fig. 2 illustrates the subject multipurpose event equipment in the first configuration;
Fig. 3 shows the subject multipurpose event equipment in the second configuration.
Fig. 1 shows the subject multipurpose event system 1, comprising a first 2 and a separate second 3 demonstration unit, an auditorium 4 with a base 5, wherein the auditorium 4 is associated with the first 2 and second 3 demonstration unit. In the area of the base area 5 of the viewing room 4, a viewer area 6 is furthermore provided, which viewing area 6 has a plurality of person receiving areas 7. The arrangement of the person receiving areas 7 is chosen such that visitors who are in the person receiving areas 7, steenktbzw so. that the viewing directions of all persons define a main viewing direction 8. The person receiving areas 7 may be formed by, for example, single seats or single seats connected to a seating group. Significantly, however, as the visitors of the auditorium are seated in the persons receiving areas 7, the visitors are aligned so that the gaze of each individual visitor is directed in a preferred direction.
This main viewing direction 8 draws the attention of the auditorium to the presentation unit associated with the respective configuration.
In Fig. 1, the multi-purpose event equipment 1 is shown in the first configuration in which the viewer area 6 is oriented toward the first demonstration unit 2. In order to change the configuration, it is provided that the viewing area 4 has a bearing device which receives the viewer area 6 so as to be variable in its orientation relative to the auditorium 4. According to a preferred embodiment, the audience area 6 is designed as a turning stage. Thus, the spectator area 6, by means of the bearing device designed as a pivot bearing, can be rotated about the center 9 of the spectator area 6 with respect to the fixed auditorium 4. In particular, a rotation is possible such that the main viewing direction 8 in the first
Configuration of the first demonstration unit 2 and in the second configuration of the second demonstration unit 3 is assigned.
According to a preferred embodiment, the first demonstration unit 2 is formed by an stage arrangement which has a stage section visible to the auditorium, in which stage section the performances take place or run, respectively. If necessary, a storage and preparation room designed as a stage tower can be arranged above the stage section. In this, hanging on cables, props and scenes can be cached at a stage section statt¬findenden demonstration, and can be placed on demand in the stage section.
In order to be able to direct visitors from the outside space to the audience area 6 or from the spectator room 4 to the outside, it is provided that the spectator area 6 has at least one access area 10 and furthermore the auditorium 4 is connected at least to an entrance hall 11 , By arranging the access area 10 in relation to the vestibule 11, it is ensured that in the first as well as in the second configuration, an access area 10 is assigned to an anteroom. According to a further development, since the bottom surface 12 of the spectacle region 6 is inclined upwards relative to the horizontal, it is provided according to a further embodiment that the access region 10 is arranged in sections below the bottom surface 12 of the spectator region 6. With this design, space for the required devices or path arrangements for guiding the visitors from the outside into the person receiving areas 7 of the personal area 6 is advantageously saved or utilized more efficiently. With regard to operational safety, such an embodiment has the further advantage that the risk of tripping is reduced by avoiding longer step sections. In an emergency room of the audience area 6, this ensures a quick and risk-free exit from the spectator area 6.
With a view to achieving as frictionless as possible or leaving the spectator area 6, provision is made according to a development for an access path 14 to be arranged between an enclosure 13 of the auditorium 4 and the spectator area 6. In particular, the access path 14 is preferably designed so that even visitors with a movement impairment, for example wheelchair users, can easily and safely reach the audience area 6. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the access path 14 is in the plane of the base 5 of the auditorium 4. Thus, a barrier-free and even reaching the spectator area 6, in particular the person-receiving areas 7 given. This access path 14 has the further advantage that, irrespective of the chosen configuration, there is always a stairless direct connection between the person receiving areas 7 and the outer space and the multi-purpose event installation 1.
FIG. 1 shows a first access path 15 to the person receiving areas 7. From the vestibule 11, visitors pass through an opening or door in the housing 13 of the auditorium 4 to an access opening 16 in a side wall 26 of the audience area 6. Visitors pass through an erosioned floor surface 12 of the audience area 6 opposite the horizontal From there, visitors then pass via a second stairway section 19 into the raised area of the showering area 6 and from there can reach the person receiving areas 7.
The vestibule 11 is preferably divided into several sections, which can be connected to one another, if required, by means of doors. Thus, in turn, the possibility of a passenger flow control is created, for example, in the very first section of the vestibule 11 persons reach the passenger receiving areas 7 via the first access path 15. Via a second section of the antechamber 11, the person receiving areas 7 can also be reached via a second access path 22, which leads the second access path 22 essentially via the access path 14. The auditorium 4 upstream and optionally segmented vestibule 11 is also in view of a foreclosure of the spectator area 6 with respect to the exterior of the multipurpose event system 1 advantage. This makes it possible for persons to be able to enter or leave the event installation 1 without disturbing or disturbing the operation or the ongoing actions in the first 2 or second 3 presentation unit.
The audience area 6 can also have a presentation section 19, which is preferably oriented horizontally. Particularly preferred is an arrangement in which, in the first configuration, the presentation section 19 is arranged at the same level as the playing surface of the first demonstration unit 2.
In a further development, it may further be provided that a spherical projector 20 is preferably arranged in the center 9 of the viewer area 6. Thus, projections may preferably be output to the second display unit 3. However, it is also possible that projections are also delivered to the first demonstration unit 2. Since such a spherical projector 20 is very sensitive to mechanical stresses such as vibrations, it is preferably decoupled from the viewer area 6. For example, the projector 20 may be arranged on a recording stage, which has its base in the auditorium 4 and thus a decoupling of the moving audience area 6 is ensured in a change in the Kon¬figuration. In the area of the spherical projector 20, further light or effect modules can be arranged, which can record both the first 2 and the second 3 presentation unit with effects.
It is further provided that in a peripheral portion of the audience area 6 einmultimediales presentation system 21 is present. The arrangement is chosen such that in the first configuration, the presentation system 21 is disposed opposite to the first presentation unit 2. According to a preferred embodiment, the edge portion of the audience area 6 is arranged at the highest point of the floor surface 12 of the viewer area 6 which is inclined relative to the horizontal such that the projections or light effects can be directed in the direction of the first display unit 2 via the person receiving areas 7 and thus over the heads of the visitors found there.
In the following Figs. 2 and 3, the subject multipurpose event system has been highly schema¬tisiert to simplify the perspective view. In particular, components and other features have been removed to illustrate the essential features. However, the missing elements are not present merely for reasons of representation, a claim to a fixed, simplified embodiment is therefore not derivable. In particular, the missing or unillustrated elements are to be read in combination with FIG.
2 shows a simplified perspective sectional view of the subject multipurpose event installation 1 in the first configuration. In this case, the audience area 6 is oriented with respect to the auditorium 4 in such a way that the main viewing direction 8 formed by the arrangement of the visitors in the person receiving areas 7 is aligned in the direction of the first display unit 2. In this first configuration, a possibly present presentation section 19 of the viewer area 6 and a playing surface 23 of the first presentation unit 2 form a continuous, recordable area. In Figs. 2 and 3, the person receiving areas 7 are constituted by pedestals arranged on pedestals. In particular, it is provided that the bottom surface 12 of the spectator area 6 is inclined upward relative to the horizontal, whereby an unobstructed view of the first embodiment 2 is ensured for the occupants on the individual pedestal areas. This is achieved in particular by a correspondingly designed elevation of the individual platform steps.
In FIG. 2, the second access path 22 is also shown, which leads via the antechamber 11 and the access path 14 into the person receiving area 7. Auf¬grund the simplified representation of the first access path and the access area are not shown.
3 shows the subject multipurpose event installation 1 in the second configuration, in which the person reception areas 7 are assigned to the second presentation unit 3; in particular, the main viewing direction 8 is aligned here in the direction of the second presentation unit 3. The second display unit 3 is preferably formed by a hemispherical or dome-shaped projection surface 25, which is arranged above the viewer area 6 and covers it like a roof. According to an advantageous embodiment, the second Vor¬führeinheit 3 may actually be formed by the roof of the subject multipurpose event system 1. In this case, a light-reflecting projection surface is arranged inside the roof, facing the auditorium in the person receiving areas 7. However, it is also possible that the projection surface 25 is suspended from the roof. It is also possible that the second Vor¬führeinheit 3 and the housing 13 of the auditorium 4 forms. Via the vestibule 11, access to the person receiving areas 7 via two access paths is possible also in this second configuration. The first access path 15 leads via an access opening 16 under the bottom surface 12 of the spectator area 6 and opens into an access area 10 in the elevated area of the spectator area 6. The second access path 22 also leads again via the vestibule 11 and the access path 14 to the passenger Shooting areas 7, in particular in the area where a presentation section 19 may be provided.
